Default Brake fittings

I have two questions for those that are smarter then me. First; does anyone know what thread and pitch the brake fittings are at the ABS module? And secondly where I can get some SAE > metric fittings? Perferably a 90* that has a 1/8 MNPT on one side and a F(what ever metric fitting needed above) I went to the Advaced autoparts by my house and all they had were 3/16 FNPT to male metric. :-( And AAI said they can only do it by converting to an AN fittings, which then costs about $60 for the 6.

Put line locks on all four wheels and omit the ABS at the same time.

pipe thread is not usually good for brake line. usually inverted flare, AN or other flare

Inlet Size: 1/8 in. NPT
Outlet Size: 1/8 in. NPT

And thats the same fittings that came on my muscle car.
