Actually i think it was suppose to be a k20a/k24 block with flat face valves and tall domes on the pistons. Running on e85 and e98 race map.

This is where I had it in the Invidia:

It made it quite difficult to remove/install the DP with the sensor still attached. I had it in the preinstalled bung on the COBB and that was much better for install.

Thanks xluben. I'm putting on my Cobb now, and was thinking of using the same bung, but am unsure of how long the sensor will last in that location.
Your car doesn't suck.......it's just not as nice now.

My sensor didn't seem to have any issues with the COBB location.

It depends what you call Stage 1 I guess. But all you need is injectors and fuel pump to run E85. If you want to call that some other Stage then that's up to you.

Well yeah I know that. So your telling me your running injectors and a fuel pump and just a tune and everything else is stock? minus the tranny and block, obv.

I am with Ben right now and he is rolling dirty in a Vtec... must have traded in the WRX for better MPGs.

I have one too, it has a nicer interior, leather, navigation, my wife's Civic is fancy lol. It is also painfully SLOW. I hate how jumpy the electronic PS is too.

xluben how do you like the change in differentials between the 5 speed and 6 speed? When you had the 5 speed, would you lose alot of traction(diff unloading) in the front around turns during spirited driving?

That's one of the reasons I went to the 6 speed. Unfortunately I think it's a bit too soon to comment on that. I still haven't gotten around to installing the DCCD controller, so my center diff is open. I feel that this wouldn't be giving me a true feeling for how the front/rear diff's are working. I will try to get around to installing that controller soon!

Ours is manual so its not that horribly slow but they managed to make the newer civics less fun to drive by making them nicer. The shifting is really crappy feeling for a Honda.

Also yay stage 1
