Meh... not near as artistic as many here, but none the less, a sampling from my CF dump from the last 2-3 weeks.

Oscarville, AK... (Grass.... in da bush?) Water line mark was hilarious... "recommended floor line" was 12" above highest flood line.

Another, Poor doggies, but he looked hella cute.

Uncropped pic (loook its on fire... fire fire) thought the clouds and sun and grass looked cool

Play time.

I snapped some photos today after I washed my car. I thought this one was okay. I'm still having trouble getting good settings... I had the sun working against me when I was taking this photo(and the others). is there anything I can do to get less sun glare? ---besides getting rid of the sun.

I was trying to time it to get pictures when the sun was behind the clouds but it didn't always work out. plus, silly me, I had the flash on. haha. this is like, the one picture where the license plate isn't super bright.

Damion, your pics ARE great, it's all in the editing kidding

the way i got rid of the sunglare was to change my exposure and if you have a setting to let the camera know it's a really sunny day i select that feature too

also i've learned that photographing a black car int he sunlight is VERY HARD

seriously though, unless the direct sun is out of the factor you are going to get a lot of glare cuz

this is a cool link about a guy setting up a shop to photograph cars...

this may seem pretty obvious but the best way to get rid of sun glare is to take pix when the sun isnt brightly shining hah
so the best times would be to get pictures either when the sun is going down
just coming up. or with some clouds covering it up a little
also a polarizing filter would help out a little

Here is a 'test shot/chop' of and idea I have. closer to dusk I'm going to try and go find a place to get some good shots of what i want, now that I know I can do it.

Thanks. yeah, the picture I did was just a test shot. I have some more ideas that I'm working on. Unfortunantly none of them are original....

I was pleased with this picture (out of the 30 I took).

I'll be going back to the spot to get some more and hopefully a more 'clear' shot, maybe with less reflections too.... if possible.

no flash in that shot. heh. it was light out when I took it. I was messing with the settings---if I was smart I would have wrote down each setting so I could see the final product and look at which setting was with which picture.

Never! Cinna-Berry air freshener and MKV GTIs go together like Taco and Bell.
