Is the 2020 STI still F105 fumoto? All the sites stop at 2019.

Before you buy or install a fumoto valve, just google "My Fumoto Drain Valve Leaks"

I have 3 in my garage. Subaru, Honda Toyota. They all leaked, and made a mess in the engine covers and the garage floor.

They were all purchased at different times, properly installed and correctly torqued. They didn't leak from the drain ports, or mating surface, but instead out of the lever mechanism. They say its impossible, but I had the mess to prove it.

You also won't get all of the oil to drain out of your pan. When installed, even with a washer or two, they "reach" into the pan and create a lip which keeps the last bit of oil from draining. Not sure how important this is to you?

Some people swear by them. I happy to endorse a good product, but fumoto valves = POS (for me anyway) Anything that increases the likelihood of unexpected oil evacuation from your engine is no bueno. I'm sure there is someone else here who will tell you how great theirs is. If you get one, check your oil level regularly (which you should be doing anyway)

Here's a thread... first post, mine is leaking, then 5 more, mine is great.
