Yeah my past 2 cars were both RWD, so a good set of winter wheels/tires were always on my list. Now that I have AWD, it's kind of redundant to have separate sets. Not sure why I didn't think of this sooner.

Just realized my DWS tire size is 235/45/17. Do you guys think a 245/40/17 would fit better on the 17x9 et35 tc105n's?

When my oem summers go, I'm replacing with DWS too. Then I will sell my dedicated winters too. Been planning that all along, just got the winters for such a good deal.

Wouldn't going down to a 40 series mess with the wheel size ratio? Meaning the speedo would be off a bit?

I thought you were selling? Lol. Personally, I love the Weds. They would look excellent over the 4pots.

Changing things up could very well change my thought of selling.

That small of a change is something so minuet it wouldn't be noticed or be any issue. Until you start going up into the 120mph marks haha. I will be running a 265/35

You should check this out, this is a calculator where you can see how far off your speedometer would be with a different tire size from the stock size.

It would allow me to have some play money to go to a full nameless turboback system, tp stage 2 map, and complete the brake setup. All of that and be able to put money in my pocket. What do you guys think? Yay or nay?
Do it.

I am already thinking about getting rid of my 13' SWP hatch for another M3 as well. Can't decide if I want to get back into an e46 or step up to a e90 though. I have no family responsibility yet so it just comes down to what I want more. Hoping with the sale of the new models, e9x prices plummet...

Nope, 18's . I prefer the 18's on this car, and have my eye on a set. Waiting for the seller to get back to me. I was going to go with 17's, but I think 18's fill this car out better. If it's going to be my only set of wheels, might as well get what I really want.

18x10s look good too. I'll be sticking to the 9.5" so I'll still have my preferred width. Looking forward to getting everything set up. Just need my wheels sold haha.

If someone wants to pay for the dismounting and I have a buyer for just the wheels, I'd do it. Otherwise I want to keep it together as a package since it's a pretty nice setup.

I just did the 18x9.5 ET38 with 265/35/18 and love the look fills the gap perfectly! Looks pretty aggressive in my opinion sticking with these wheels til summer and then they go!

Nice, it's basically perfect fitment for this car. It fills things up nicely and looks really good without going over the top. My new set is slightly more aggressive, so we will see how it goes
