Audi masked my bugeye. I think it looks way better on the 04-05s but it is growing on me. I used Plastidip so it can be peeled off if i get tired of it.

Man I wish everyone lived with this mindset then the bugeye community wouldn't have arguments and we could appreciate some beautiful cars. And to get this thread back on track, a not so beautiful bugeye

So anyways.

I am in the middle of a rebuild on my bugeye and I am converting the rear bumper over to the 04-05 bumper. So I am in need of a set of tail lights as well, which I have found a couple sets already, no biggie.

My question is, has anyone in this thread done this conversion and if so do I need to do any wiring on the tail lights or are they pretty much plug and play?

Haha thank you! The only picture i could find of a bugeye with an Audi mask had it carried down through the lip but i thought it looked a little strange. Like a chunk of the car was just missing. I may give it a try though just for fun.

RALLYT-

I have not done it personally. but having multiple friends done it, it is plug and play. I personally like when people run the running light out of the inner circle spot.

Might as well, you can always peel it back off in the same day I can understand how it would look like a chunk was missing but it might also make it look mean.
