Default Fog Lights Blowing Fuse

So I have the independent fog light mod done on my 04 wrx and I have LED foglights installed. When I use the parking lights, the fog lights and parking lights light up just like I want for a while but the 10A illumi fuse eventually blows every time. Then, none of the lights work in parking light "mode" However, when the fogs are on with the headlights I have no issue. This makes me think there isn't a short in the fog bulb housings or anything..what can I do to fix this problem? Are the fog led bulbs just cheap and drawing too much current that the illumi fuse can't handle but runs on a bigger fuse with the headlights on?

I can't explain why the fuse is blowing out that way, it seems that things should work the same way. I assume you are referring to fuse 12 for the fuse that is blowing out. The power for the fog lights is normally tied to fuse 7. I suggest you run power to the lights from that fuse. If there is some special reason you are using power where they are tied to now then I suggest you install a relay that is controlled from that fuse. Then install a separate fuse connected to power to supply power to the fog lights.
