You guys are doing Alright
Henry has been responsive so far with my order. I had called 5 business days after ordering my Subzero's and he was eager to tell me where thay might be. He told me that they are drop-shipped and should be at my house soon and they left LA the day after I placed the order. Well He was right, they got here Thursday Henry also told me that I would be getting Lug nuts and Valve stems as well, but when I brought everything to get mounted and balanced, there were no Lugs or stems
So I had to pay extra for the Valve stems. I've read somewhere else on the board that this had happened to someone and Henry said he'd send them later , or someone forgot to put them in the box, but I thought they didn't come out of your shop? So Henry can you please send the Valve stem (pref. Chrome ones) and Lug nuts (Pref, Chrome ones) The Lugs, 'cause the stock Lug Nuts are too small and they are sinking into the the rim and almost grinding it. The valves So I can have them put on the next set of tires I tear Up!!! That will put this customer on your happy list, but right now I am not so happy I am the 18" in NY, Silver w/Polished Lip. WReX...I'll call you anyways. Thanks Henry.

Henry is doing great
Henry at Revolution is doing great. I have ordered a BOV and Two sets of wheels and I have received all of my things. Henry replaced 2 center caps because they broke in shipping. Even though my order was broken up and shipped from two different places he kept me informed and made sure that I had tracking numbers to track my shipments.
Thanks Henry Natasha Talarico |

Henry took about 3 days from order to delivery to get me my 18" Rota SubZero rims. I don't think *anything* I've ordered online has ever shown up so fast!
The only problem, the lugnuts I was expecting were out of stock, Henry responded to my problem immediately, and sent them when they came in at no extra shipping charge. Even being understaffed doesn't stop Revolution Motorsports from staying on top of email and i-club messages. I have never seen a vendor so responsive, usually getting responses within 24 hours (or within a few minutes if Henry's online!) of sending an email or posting a message. Most vendors seem to take several days, to a week, to never to respond to emails. Keep up the good work guys! --Scott Perry |

Great to hear all of you guys with great service from Henry, but it has not been so great for me. I recieved my rims Thursday, without any lug nuts or valve stems. So I waited until Tuesday. Never recieved any calls. So I called him Tuesday and he said that they were out of lug nuts and valve stems when mine were shipped out and I could use my stock lug nuts, but they are too small and they grind into the rims. Henry said he would send them out as soon as they get a new shipment of stems and nuts. But again I had to do all the leg work in calling him, he did not keep me up to date on the issue until I called him.

Buy stuff from Revolutions...
Overall, I think the guys at Revolutions Motorsports are doing a great job. They're one of the few shops offering good products for a fair price. Also, they were very helpful when one of my new wheels arrived scratched (by UPS -not- by Revolutions, UPS is replacing the wheel). My only complaint is that I ordered one of their wheels & tires packages which came with hub-centric rings, but they forgot to send the rings. I called Revolutions, and Henry said he'd send them out right away along with some touch-up paint from Rota. That was around three weeks ago. I've called two more times to get the status on the hub rings, and they've shipped but I still haven't received them. Fortunately, I don't really care yet because it's still too cold to mount the wheels. Also, they told me I could keep the damaged wheel which makes me much more patient. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Revolutions Motorsports to anyone.

Now, don't shoot the messenger or take this as fact, but after searching for posts by Revolutions Motorsports, only those in the vendor classifieds seem to be gone. I would say it is related to the new vendor arrangements with the I-Club.

Like I said, I'm speculating . I'd say email the guys from Rev and ask them what's up... I just don't have any more info than you folks do. Red Rocket's post was the first time I had seen it brought up that their posts were gone

Not to fear...
I called Henry at Revolutions Motorsports and asked him why all their vendor posts were gone. He said there were too many pages of info to manage, so he deleted them all and is going to start fresh next week. In the meantime, other than they're really busy, nothing is wrong. He apologized for the confusion and said he hadn't had time to post an explanation. I told him I'd post an update for him...

Thanks Tim,
Don't worry we are still here! Like tim said the treads were getting to be a bg mess and I was getting orders mixed up and I couldn't keep on top of all the threads so I had them all deleted. I will be posting a new thread tonight and we will be updating our web site for all of the pics so we don't clog the i-club. We love the I club and i-club members and have not had any dissagrements wit hthe i-club, but there have been many orders thats I or one of my employees have messed up and I don't want that so we need to start from scratch so we can provide all of you members good service! The i-club has grown bigger than anyone had expected and its getting VERY expensive to them so run so if anyone can please donate something to the i-club. Cheers, Henry Oh we have added a new guy that will be answering most of the e-mails and the phone orders. His name is Kyle and he is here to help you!

I understand what you mean...
It really seemed like it was getting out of hand for you guys. That was my first guess.
Might I suggest that you try to keep your thread(s) restricted to public discussion of the product only, i.e. fit, appearance (pictures), availability, etc. Then keep track of private orders, shipping, tracking, etc through e-mail and the phone, where it really belongs. It kind of bothers me when there are people requesting shipping quotes on the board. When I order something, I call the vendor. If I have an issue, I call the vendor. I look to I-club for discussion and advertisement of product. Thanks, Kevin |

Customer Service!!!
Be carefull with revolutions the way they manage the orders is poor and you may end up waitting an eternity for your wheels to arrive!!!
That is happening to me!!! Elliot |

Actually the way that they handle their orders is fine. I have gotten a set of wheels and tires and a new wheel due to a miss hap without incident. You chose to have them shipped to Puerto Rico via USPS, that is your problem.

Revolutions Motorsports
I wanted to put in a positive review for Revolutions Motorsports. My wheelset (Subzeros with Kumhos) arrived in a timely manner, the lugnuts were all there, everything looks great.
Henry was very easy to order from. I know that some people had a little trouble contacting them a while back, so I faxed all of my contact info and order specs to them. Henry called me back moments later, we discussed what was in stock and what wasn't, I gave him my CC info, and we were good to go. My tracking numbers were emailed to me by Kyle as soon as I asked for 'em. Thanks! My only slight complaint is that I would have preferred to have my wheelset shipped to my work address, but they only wanted to ship to the same address as the CC. I still don't really understand this restriction, but oh well. Overall, a great transaction. Thanks, guys! -Brian |

Yep...I'm with you on that
I got 17 inch Tarmacs & Falkens from them. Good service. Great package deal. They threw in some free Subaru seat belt harnesses & turquoise valve stem covers (no I kept them ones that came with the wheels). They were off by two on the lugs & quickly sent me some more that will be here tomorrow. Sure beats getting the BBS ones for 3 grand from Subaru. Bottom line: hook up with RM if you want a good wheel deal.

I guess I'll put my two cents in here. Called them up ordered sub zeros with 225 khumos. Henry shipped them out that same day I had the wheels in no time. Great service, fantastic price I highly recommend them to anyone!

This is my somewhat positive somewhat negative review of revolutions.
I ordered a set of 16inch slipstreams for my honda and they told me that the color i wanted wasn't in stock but was arriving on april 27th which was about 2 weeks from the day i ordered them. Then i called a few days later to see what my tire options were, i called back later that day and i told them i wanted to go with the khumos. So i called on the 27th to see if they had came in and i was told that they weren't even in the country yet! ok thats perfectly understandable, i wait a few days and call back and was told that they were on a truck and would be getting to them that week (by now i have almost bald tires on my car). a few days later i get a call from Jason (i think that was his name?) to confirm the tires i wanted, i guess there was some confusion since i was considering Dunlops originally. After that call i'm like great the wheels must be in or arriving soon. So later that week i call and am told that they got a shipment in that was smaller than they expected but the wheels in that shipment are all spoken for and mine are on order from Rota and won't be arriving for a few weeks. Now i'm pretty pissed off because i have no tread left on my tires, i didn't get new ones because i expected my wheels and tires to be arriving alot sooner than they did. I called back that day or the next and asked to speak to a manager, I spoke to Henry and explained my situation he was very cool about it and extremely helpful (no that everyone else i spoke to wasn't) he told me he would give me one of the sets that had just arrived and they would ship out that friday or monday. Thurday afternoon i was e-mailed a tracking number and my rims came about a week later Everyone i dealt with there was very very helpful i just got stuck in a bad situation. I understand that some things cannot be avoided and no one is really to blame for it. Even though it was such a lengthy ordeal getting my wheels (about 6 or 7 weeks) i would still do business with revolutions again and have since recommended them to many people. |

I had only a few minor issues that I'm sure were not controlable by revolutions. First it took about a month and a half of "the shipment should be here any day" til I eventually recieved my rim and tire package. I will admit the shipping was awesome, super fast, i think it took three or four days once they were in route. Another problem I sem to see alot is the lugnuts not showing up with the wheels. It might benefit revolutions to look into another distibutor on these cause it sounds like it happens alot. There's nothing worse than having these things sitting in my basement with no lug nuts to put them on. Anyway, it sounds like alot of people are happy with the service as well so hopefully the addition of some new people is helping somewhat. What did you expect with these prices. Thanks-James
Update: I got the wheels installed to find one was causing bad vibrations, I had them all rebalanced. The guy told me that one of the wheels was out of balance. After getting it fixed I went for a ride, much better. I think alot of people were having this problem around the same time I got mine. Who knows.-James Last edited by jjunior887; 10-19-2002 at 01:03 PM. |

I was really impressed on the time it took to process my order and send them from Wi all the way to Hawaii but I never said any thing about them sending me the wrong lug nuts they said they come with the Kyougen lugnuts and I got Gorilla locking lugnuts they are are fine but I was under the impression that I would be getting the others ones but other than that great people to deal with...
