I actually purchased the Hybrid intermediate pipe from them recently(approx. mid march) for my GD and I received a email verification from them. The strange thing is that when I tried to email them back to thank them for good customer service my email bounced back and failed to reach them.

So they are still active but it seems like they control how they are reached.

I did receive my order within 3 days so I had a great experience with them.

Good luck getting in touch with them.

I really hope they didn't go under. In the past, it took a few days with follow-up for him to reply. I miss my stealthback and Whisper catback. The perfect exhaust note and high quality manufacturing!

Anyone else have any updates after May?
I think the sensor for my oil temp gauge went bad, so I tried to email them about it. Never got a response so I decided to just try and purchase the replacement on their site. It's been 2 weeks and the order status is still in the processing state.

Trying to get a hold of them as well, my remote went bad for my 3-in -1 gage damn warning keeps sounding because my oil temp limit is too low >_<

I was emailing back and forth with Rich around August 14th inquiring about an oil pressure gauge for my GR and he said he was working on a new model. They are still in business from what I understand.

They are still in business I spoke with them two weeks ago about an exhaust manifold. They are closed until Monday I believe this week.

Anyone purchased from Maddad recently?

Looking to order an axleback and headers for my 2006 -- had a question about the fit of 3" exhaust -- the site says to "See full details for install limitations." but there are no additional details on the listing...

The way I understand it, it's a very small company. From the time or two that I have contacted them, I've gotten a sense that Rich is very passionate about his product.

And I've only ever heard great things from people who have purchased from them.

I ordered a hybrid midpipe on 4/8 and have gotten zero response. 3 emails, and sent them a fb message.

I'm super frustrated I have a tune next week didn't think it would take a month or more...but still zero response!!! WTH.

I ordered a catback for my hatchback about 3 weeks ago. I had exchanged 2 or 3 emails with Rich before placing the order.

I haven't heard from him since he sent me a confirmation email. I have sent him many emails since.

I don't think he has lowered himself to scam status but, communication is very unprofessional at the moment. There is no other way to contact him apart from his email.

I really want my exhaust! I would also really like to hear back from him soon.

I never heard back from them at. I cancelled my order and my cc was not charged by the looks of it.

End of an era I bought from them years ago with no issue, they were one of the last older mom and pop Subaru shops.

I had the same issue. I cancelled my order after 6 weeks.

Oddly enough, I was able to order the V2 Downpipe and the 3" single-tip whisper Cat-back from boxer4racing.com. It was received in just over 1 week after my payment cleared.

They're able to get stock, and I paid the same price as I would have on daddyscp.com site.

I was in touch with Rich back in October when I was weighing my options. His response times were pretty quick, but then he just disappeared. I hope he's okay.
