Default HELP: 05 Forester XT 04 6 speed swap

I'm reading about WRX swaps with the 04 USD STi 6 speed -- which is what I bought -- but I haven't found a conclusive write up of a 04 6 spd into an 05 Forester XT.

Stock 05' Forester XT, 5x100.

Here what I have so far:
- 04 USD 6 spd (5x100, not the later 5x114)
- STi clutch, plate, flywheel, starter, shifter
- 04 USD 6 spd CV shafts front and back, with front stubs
- 04 STi driveshaft
- 04 STi rear differential
- kartboy shifter bushings, front and rear
- STi transmission mount (IAG)
- 04 STi transmission cross members
- 04 STi kartboy clunk killers
- 04 STi kartboy cross member bushings
- SuberDave Race for 04 STi CV inner Cup to keep Original REAR CV Shafts (UPDATE)

Is there anything I'm missing?

List looks solid so far, still thinking through it but here are a few:
-Add a DCCD controller of some sort, you have the center diff so you may as well use the benefit it provides.
-Check that the Neutral Position Switch (NPS) on the '04 6MT is the matching function of the one used on your '05 5MT. It's either Normally Open or Normally Closed...and must match what your ECM is expecting. A Mutimeter will help out here. I have a thread that covers most of the NPS versions if you end up needing a p/n for a new one.
-the larger 6MT clutch will contact the lower shield, either remove the shield from your engine block, or source and STI version that will clear the larger pressure plate.
-plan for an alignment for sometime after the swap, the 6MT is heavier and will change your static alignment. Why risk finding worn tires later down the road?

"- 04 STi transmission cross members" Pretty sure the Foresters of that era have the front and center cross member spacers. Installing the '04 center cross member but leaving the front cross member spaced might cause a weird driveline alignment. Just thinking it is worth checking out. You can use you're existing Forester's center cross member with the 6MT.
"- 04 USD 6 spd CV shafts front and back, with front stubs" Just want to be certain on what you are working with. Is the 6MT an early '04 (needs female axles) or a later '04 (needs male axles)? The STI front axles you are using are male or female type?

I greatly appreciate the reply.

Early 04 6spd. Transmission has stubs to female to male to hub CV at the front, and male to male CV in the rear.

If the fxt cross member T works, I have no issues using that. I've heard one install talking about needing to shim the swap. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I just read up on the NPS. Thanks for the heads up.
I do have the DCCD, however, I don't have the harness that GOES into the DCCD.
Do you have any wiring diagrams? everything from image gallery seems to be broken.

Shamless bump.
Thanks.

Shameless bump and update:

The R180 needs CV shafts that I don't have. I've connected SuberDave and I'll be buying the Race from him.

Next Question:
Will there be any length/clearance issues with the R180, Forester CV shafts, and 04 Cup with new Race, into the stock 5x100 (FXT) hub?

The stud on the R160 are much longer on the forester than the R180. Do I swap them? Which leads into my next question.

Can I change the rear Sub frame on the 05 Forester to an 04 or other year(s)? Would I need to change Lateral Links or any other parts?

Lots of views, and I appreciate any help offered.
