1990-1994 Subaru Legacy (Sedan: BC, Wagon: BF/BJ)
A great place to look for information is Legacy Central, a forum dedicated to this generation of Legacy. This generation cam in FWD and AWD; with a Turbo model from 91-94(Sedan) with a 5 speed manual transmission or a 4 speed automatic, and 92-94(Wagon) with an automatic transmission.

1995-1999 Subaru Legacy (Sedan: BD, Wagon: BG/BK)
This generation came in FWD and AWD, with a 2.2 n/a motor, and a 2.5 n/a in the GT. The GT and Outback started in 96, but they had some cosmetic changes in 97 which included front bumpers and the addition of a hood scoop.
