Truly a first-class vendor! I ordered some strut tops from him last week and he told me they would ship out on Friday. He didn't get the strut tops in until Monday because of an error on the part of the company he was getting them from. In order to make up for this delay he upgraded my shipping from 3-day to overnight FREE OF CHARGE!!! Now that's great service! Thanks again, Anthony!

I've known Anthony personally for a little but, but had my first biz transaction with him yesterday, I must say it was better then expected. Product was exactly as advertised, as was price, and delivery, great transaction, I would recomend him to anyone.

The strut tops got here Thursday morning (just like you promised). Unfortunately, I've run into one problem after the next (generally alternating between too much work and too much rain) and haven't been able to install them yet !! Maybe this weekend (although it's supposed to rain). I really need a garage . Thanks again for expediting the shipping. I'm sorry for costing you the extra money for nothing. Hopefully I'll find the money to buy more soon!

I just bought an RA gearset from Anthony. Had some problems with my daily limit on my debit card. Anthony worked with me on it and was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

I'm amazed at my experience so far given other's experiences. I ordered 2 radiator shields and a STi replica rear strut brace from Mauro about a month ago. They told me the STi was on order and should be in the week following when I ordered. 3 weeks later I PM'ed and emailed them about it since their phone was always busy. They said it was still held up in customs, but they would give me a good deal on a Cusco bar and that they'd make sure it got out to me quickly.
1 week later my status still reads as items have not shipped and I have no tracking # that I asked for, sales doesn't return emails and their phones are still busy. I am really baffled at this experience, because I've heard so many good things. It has been a rollercoaster, at first I was happy with the price and good name of Mauro, then I was pissed no one contacted me in the 3 week period, finally I get ahold of them and they give me a good deal on the cusco, but now back to being pissed because they just don't communicate with me. I really wish it had gone better. |

Sorry we didn't get any information out for you earlier, but we've been closed for the July 4th holiday. I'm sorry you never received your goods in a quick way, but when items are not instock we have to wait for them to arrive so that we can get them out asap. Yeah, we spoke last week via AIM, but then I never got the tracking numbers. Plus I've tried calling on different days, at different times and always get a busy signal.
The price has been good, and when I do get ahold of you the service is good, its just the communication has been kinda lacking. I'm not saying Mauro is really bad, I just wish the communication was better, since I never was updated about the STi bars being so long in coming in except for efforts on my part. Thanks, I hope to get my bar and radiator shrouds soon! |

UPDATE: So I have a FedEx tracking number, but FedEx has no record for that tracking #. And it also appears that # is just for the brace and not for the radiator shrouds. And now when I call instead of it being busy I get no answer. Can you please email me or PM me what is going on Anthony? Can you give me tracking #'s, status of all the parts and estimated delivery dates?

Alright, now that everything has been worked out its all good. Anthony really worked extra hard to sort everything out despite being super busy and having lots of stuff on his plate. Mauro is definitely one of the good vendors.

I ordered a downpipe last Wednesday (the 11th) got billed on the 12th (Paypal) and after requesting an order status/shipping status via e-mail, got an e-mail on Monday (16th) with a tracking number saying I'll get it the 20th (Friday).
They are in NY...i am in VT. Wasn't expecting it to take 1.5 weeks to get to me from the time I ordered it. I'm hoping it comes by Friday so I can install before the race Sunday. Chris H. |

Sorry Chris, I didn't have your product instock so I had it drop shipped from my distributor in FL. You should've received an e-mail from us stating that we had ran out of HKS downpipes and that we needed to do so. If you didn't I am sorry about that.
As for your downpipe it is scheduled to be delivered on Friday by UPS. Let me know if there are any problems. If you need a downpipe gasket or any other for that matter I'll overnight it to you free of charge to compensate you for the delay. Just thought I'd mention this also, we received your order on the 11th...you paid us through paypal on the 12th....it will only be 6 full business days until you receive your downpipe. Not 1.5 weeks. Once again I apologize for the delay. If there's anything you need I'm sure I can find a way to compensate you for the problem you had with the order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
