Impreza WRX '17 WRX 3rd and 4th gear issues

Hola subie friends,

I've been having some weird issues with my WRX and I'm wondering if any of you can shed some light on what this might be. I just got back from a 3 week long trip and upon driving my car, the transmission felt really off. I chalked it up to me not having driven for a while but now I'm 100% something is wrong with it, I can no longer shift into 3rd or 4th by shifting straight up or down from neutral. Instead, it's like 3rd and 4th have both moved to the right by a solid inch, putting them both right up against 5th and 6th. To shift into third, I now have to swing the shifter way to the right and then shift upwards, all while praying to god that it doesn't go into fifth.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm completely stumped and it hasn't changed over a couple days, it's honestly ripping away my ability to enjoy this car.

Thanks in advance!
