Default Intercooler gaskets

Can the rubber bpv gasket and rubber IC to turbo gasket be reused?

Reuse the gaskets / o-ring type seals unless ripped. Do not use any sealants - that's what the gaskets / o-ring type seals are for.

What happens the next time you want to do some work and used sealant?

To reiterate, do NOT use sealant. Just make sure they are in good shape and that you have them set right if they pop out. There is a notch and a tab that acts as a key.
