Default No start condition

So my motor recently went in my 2000 forester. I was lucky enough to find a really cheap 2000 legacy with a freshly serviced motor that was rear ended so I got really cheaply.
Anyways I proceeded ahead with the swap. It went smoothly (not my first rodeo) so I swapped the intake and everything over from my forester to make sure the ecu would read all the sensors right. All grounds have been quadruple checked. And all plugs have been check numerous times as well. Can someone please tell me if I'm missing something

Are the cam/crank triggers the same?

The plugs are the same. Would that mean the sensors are the same as well?

The sensors might be the same, but the spikes coming out of the crank pulley might be different. Also, on the back of the cam pulleys, the bumps needs to be the same. Use pulleys that match the ECU.

Update: swapped the crank and cam sensors from the forester to the legacy motor. Still no start. It just cranks and cranks and cranks. I'll try and swap the cam sprockets over from my forester motor to the legacy motor

Before you swap them, just look at them. Are they different?
