Default Paint cracking. HELP

So last year I used all the money I made from my summer job to get my roof, spoiler, and hood repainted because they were badly sundamaged. It took the guy 3 tries to do this, and I finally thought he got it right, but when it started getting cold out, the paint began to crack. I went through all the proper care required for fresh paint, so I'm assuming the guy just used cheap paint. Do you guys know what the cause was and is it possible to fix on my own? I'll link pics below

EDIT: I think it's worth mentioning that these cracks are very fine and can be felt to the touch. The paint has no shine at all, almost like the dude forgot to clearcoat it.

so you went to "a guy" for paint? Kind of like tattoo's, you get what you paid for. If it was at a legitimate shop, you should go back and make them fix it. If not, go back to the guy and make him fix it. For Free. Do not pay that man another $. Buy the paint and give it to him if you have to.

It would have to be stripped down and re painted. Looks like bad prep work or bad paint.

Looks like the paint shrunk due not allowing enough time for the base coat to dry?

looks like its on plastic.... it just happens, that is why most plastic stuff is already painted for us. If not, Here is the problem, you have to make sure that the products are compatible. if not it does all sorts of weird stuff.
