I have no clue what r8 wheels are but usually one needs diameter, offset, width to be able to even take a guess.
What does seller or manufacturer say?

Audi R8 is 5x112, and your 2009 STI is 5x114. Plus the R8 runs staggered wheels -- 8.5" wide front, 11" wide rear. So for at least two reasons, the answer is no.
