Try your local parts store. Those are pretty generic clips.

I'm feeling particularly helpfull today:https://www.amazon.com/Sydien-Thread...ds=screw+clips

But seriously, if your local parts store doesn't have them you going to the wrong one.

Slicing a slot above each holes would allow you to fit the generic speed nuts you can get at the local autostore. Saves messing around with stupid special fasteners OEM manufacturers use these days.
