If you need it quick I would say yes since it's the same lug pattern, similar chassis, etc.

The only thing to worry about when torquing lugs is what the wheel is made out of. You can torque the hell out of a steel wheel, but will start to damage aluminum wheels over 95lb-ft (or so) with our tapered lugs.

yah after reading stuff here im no longer the "stand on the 4-way until it stops turning" type.

Being paranoid..I still torque them at 75 tho.
