shop means too many cars

Default Anyone have a bad experience with MRT?

I had a control arm fail and the part was returned to MRT in Australia. They charged me for a whole new set +shipping. The idea was that they would inspect the old part and when it was determined not to be misuse a refund would be issued.

How long should something like this take?
