Default anybody have these tires on a Sti?

They are Nexen N3000's They were on the car when I bought it and it seems like they have no grip in corners start squealing before I really push it and if I do push it the whole front just slides and creates terrible understeer I was wondering if it is the tires or does the Sti really understeer that bad.

"Offered" by Hercules.

UTQG=340AA, W speed rated.

Sounds like a servicable tire, if not a particularly good performer. Someone wanted a cheapie replacement, and at least they kept the performance rating. OEM UTQG is 140, and a replacement in the 140-200 range is most desirable.

Have you alignment checked. Understeer is normal, but not a lot of understeer. A poorly aligned STi could have way too much understeer.
