Default BumpSteer Help

Good Evening,
Ill start with the specs of my car...
*2006 wrx--60k
*04 spec gf210's on stock struts/tophats
*stock camber bolts
*WL adj 24mm FSB, WL 22adj. RSB + Kboy endlinks on all 4
*17x8 wheels w/ 245/45 tires.- under 3kmiles

The problem I'm having with the car is that it seems to be "following" the crown of the road or any uneven road surface pretty aggressivly. Now it only has been doing this once I received an alignment from a highly reguarded shop( max neg camber f/r, 0 toe all around) and once I put on the wider wheels/tires.
I've been playing with the settings on the RSB and put it on full stiff and the issue is even more pronounced as opposed to softer settings for the rear bar...not to sure why this is but someone may know. My stock struts seem to be holding up just fine..no clunking/weird noises...I know WL sells a bumpsteer kit I believe and may have to buy those and restore the loss of suspension geometry.

Anyways not sure why Im having this issue with bumpsteer...maybe its the wider tires grabbing everything but if someone had some input it would be greatly appreciated...

Cliff Notes:: Bumpsteer with above mods...why am I having this issue? and how do I fix...
