Well, I brought a trophy home from the car show at Road America last week. Took best Subaru. I thought it was pretty cool as it was my first entry in a car show, and obviously then my first trophy.

Here are a couple pics of the car all clean. I also have a bunch of cars on the track (Open class, etc) if you all want me to post a couple.

Closest I've been is following you listening to those tires scream of either utter madness or pure joy.

Nice job at the show anywho. Was it Sat or Sunday? I don't remember seeing anything about a show on Sat when I was there.

I think next year NASIOC needs a paddock. I like the grassy nole over by turn 4, nice and open for parking.

It was on Sunday, and we got the opportunity to take a lap afterwards. I got it a little squirrely.

Anyway, I am always up for giving rides so whenever you are around, feel free to meet up with me.

I'm not sure the next time I'll make it down to madtown, but I'll try to fly you a heads-up. Maybe if we can have a fall meet at Jon's like the one I missed this spring.

You got one lap? I got 4 or 5.

We got squirrely trying to keep up with the pace MR2.

Man, I wish I would have gotten a few. Kinda hard to push too much when
A. You only get one lap and do not know the course well at all.
B. You have to slow way down to let the other cars get ahead, then punch it and catch up in a hurry; we were not to pass.
