Default freshly detailed wrx...

Just spent the morning detailing my car. Last time was in July before the big Mt. Hamilton bay area meet. Paint was still in pretty good shape but had some minor swirls. for anyone interested here are the steps i took

complete wash
meguiars DACP applied with Porter cable
Optimum Polish applied with PC
Clearkote Vanilla Moose Glaze applied with PC
Poorboys EX-P sealant applied with PC
S100 wax by hand

pretty gloomy day out, hopefully the sun will be out tmrw so I can get some pictures with direct light hitting the car. Can't see any swirl marks in the paint so far, so i'm pretty happy Still tons of rock chips on the front end though, wish I would have bought a clear bra when i got the car.

Its nice to see such a sexy bugeye. What wheel and tire combo do you have on it and did you do anything to the suspension?

wow niceeee ride. Is that lip supposed to be able to be separated in the middle? I see a line there, but I never knew that lips were two piece.

Looks good. You're lucky you live in CA...try living in WA and having the bottom half of your car looking so sweet.

STi v2 Lip is a 2 piece lip. There is usually a STi logo in the center to cover that little bridge but awhile back the little emblem fell off

davon your car looks good, have you ever considered getting the front end or hood repainted then getting a clear bra? i think the black would be an easy color to match cause your paint isnt faded.
