Default 04 FXT Connector Identification

Below is a picture of a mysterious connector on my 2004 Forester XT. It is located next to the intake tube and MAF. Can anyone tell me what this is for? The wire colors look to be white with blue tracer and green with blue tracer. Thanks!

Yes, it has TGV deletes but the car also has a Cobb flex fuel sensor and fuel pressure sensor which I thought used both sides' TGV harnesses.

The installation and tuning instructions from Cobb have both TGV inputs listed as used when running both the fuel pressure and flex fuel sensors. The kit came installed already, so I didn't run any of the wiring and I'm confused how I would be able to read both sensors on the accessport without both TGV inputs being used.
