Default If you remove the back seats....

Are you doing yourself a disservice by messing with weight balance? Or is the gain in wait saved over way the problems of weight balance?

Also does anyone have a picture of the rear seat removed? I wanna try something.....

yeah you would probably get more weight savings by going on a diet for a couple weeks and wearing only underwear when you drive.

removing the rear seats introduces horrible road noise. Since the Impreza did not have fold-down rear-seats, I guess Subaru did not feel a need to hush up the road noise in the trunk. I only pull out the rear seats when I need to put something big through the trunk. But the noise is intolerable. I guess I'm not cut out to be a race-car driver.

Unlike silverbullit, I do just the opposite - I drive in my clothes with NO underwear - usually, that's good for a couple pounds (assuming normal fiber intake)

Have you ever lifted those things. I weighed mine (in leather) and they weighed 5lbs. I would imagine cloth would even be lighter. Not worth the noise and the fact that they move you into Street Mod. class in SCCA Solo II
