Default P0113 and P0102 after MAF clean

After cleaning the MAF with a touch-free cleaner spray I threw a P0113(Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input) and P0102 (Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input). Anyone know whats happening? Im re-setting the ECU as we speak. Update later. . .

Alright reset the ECU and its been running for 5min (still is) so far all is well. But i'll have to take it for a drive to complete the checks on the ecu to achive "ready state" to be shure it was just a fluke.

I got these two today also
I changed spark plugs and apparently the connector for the MAF didn't snap together tightly, so I disconnected and reconnected it and the codes went away. I referenced Mulder's post here to figure out it was a MAF problem.

Hope your MAF is still working correctly after the cleaning.

Yea, as soon as it happened I got that "dont fix what isnt broken" saying going through my head.

But good news, after some highway and around town driving with all sorts of conditions, and 4 start/stops all is still well. Also did logging and the MAF is working properly.

I do wonder what happened to throw these codes? Well at least this thread will be here for anyone who has this issue in the future.
