Post midwest alarm/remote start & install group buy

i can do them on 5 speeds but there are rules for that!!!

if i get at least 5 people i can do this for 250 bux per car. its a DEI remote start and alarm. 2 remotes up to 1/4 mile of range. starter disable, doorlocks, parking light flash, and dome light supervision.

just so you know i am MECP certified and work at a shop right now. i also have one on my car now. 4dr 00 5 speed.

Donnie says "That is why there are rules".

I seem to remember there being something about a neutral position sensor, though... I think kyledooley had a 'Neutral Position Sensor' error out of the blue.

Donnie is going to check the manuals and see if there is a sensor or not... he'll get back to the thread with the info.

so what exactly are you using then for the neutral switch, is it a directed piece, or something else? Just asking since i have never seen a directed piece that does that, they always tell me that remote starts on sticks are bad and i should stick to auto with their products. not that i care and i have installed them anyway.

okay thats what i thought, not exactly the safest thing to do, but it works. why not go the extra mile and get astrostart remote starts for manuals and get the added safety of a neutral safety switch, their are the best on the market for that setup. Not trying to pry, but i have seen some bad things happen around here when doing that.
