Subtle Body Kits

I just mashed the hell out of my front bumper and so know the thought of an aftermarket kit comes to mind. Is there any out there that are not too agressive, yet still pleasing to the eye that you lot know of. I also would prefer quality made products that we know wont have fitment issues. Thanks in advance guys..

I took a look at Vivid Racing's website, I really like the look of the Prova front bumper!! Anyone with experience with Prova??

aqua is not that clean

Griffin is much cleaner though, especially the rear bumper (best rear bumper by far, but you dont want a rear bumper

) and I think the prodrive front lip is also one of the cleanest pieces out there.

I cant believe I forgot the brand, but the front bumper on Imprezer's car is suprizingly clean albiet a rather large radiator opening (looks fine though), i forgot the brand...

(might be syms)

Zerosports i believe....is that the bodykit Imprezer has.
My personal favorite is the syms version 2 ....ooooooooo (drool) but damn thats alot of money

Syms is nice but the front does seem a bit extravagant and to top it off it coasts an arm and a leg.

I would have to say that OEM is probably the most subtle kit because it adds just the right amount to the car to fill up the areas that are missing something. I have the OEM kit on my car.

I called a dealer to get prices for the OEM direct bumper replacemenet, and they quoted me $189 for it. Is that all or is he smoking something???

That seems a little cheap to me, considering the front spoiler lips are almost 400 alone.... I think he's deffinetely been smokin a bit of somethin.....

Nope... $189 is about right for an OEM bumper.

i think 189 is for fiberglass not polyurethane because i know the polyurethane is about 380-400+

Sti Prodrive Edition front bumper...what else compares?
You can get it from UK or Japan, price would be a bit higher than zerosport's front bumper.

EDIT: p.s. 189 is way too cheap for a bumper replacement. I scratched my bumper and the bodyshop department in my subaru dealer quoted me around 300 bucks to paint the whole thing over, or 500 to 600 for a new bumper. For 189 you can't even get a fiberglass universal rear wing, let alone a complicated front bumper.

sounds like you're getting Ripped! The front bumper cover for the WRX costs 179.95 for a body shop, .... and it's even cheaper if you have hook-ups.

I agree with the above, the bumper is on order and will be here on Wednesday.

I think that Prova Bumper Lip is in my near future too!!!!

Doh! I guess that bumper is pretty cheap then. That's a painted direct replacement right? Oh well, thank god I didn't buy into that deal...fixed it with a bottle of touch up paint

no, not a painted bumper for that price, just the bumper cover. I was amazed at the price too, ... and a new fender only cost $104!
