A lot of your photos, the sky is always blown out. I know its hard to get the right exposure on a black car. Have you considered doing 2 exposures and stitching them together in order to bring some detail and color out of the sky?

Yes, thanks for the advise. I have already started taking two or more exposure shots. Unfortunately I have not pulled the trigger on LR/PS subscription yet. I have not started any PP, just shooting in RAW for editing later. I have been trying to take better shots before stepping to the next stage. All my photos are not edited yet. I know they are not "up to par" with the awesome work you guys post on here, but I think my shots have some potential once I get into PP. It's all a learning process and I'm at the early stages still.

A few more pictures today Finally having some fun with this again, I took your tips from yesterday, and played around with the exposure ALOT today, also took a few night pictures.

I have found a new problem though, I seem to have difficulty getting clear pictures, even while on a tripod :/

If thats the case then theyre not bad at all. I thought they were just subtle edits and you were focusing on the car. You may not need to blend more than 1 shot once you start editing. Some of that can be helped with adjustment brushes and things.

I would tone this down. It's coming off a little strong and 'over processed' to me.

I like this a lot. I think it could be toned back just a little but not much. Get your whites right and then maybe slight adjustments and it would be gold.

This however isnt enough for me. The sky is too white. I would have brought it somewhere near like 1/200ish.

That being said, I like darker edits. I know how you edit though so I see that its your style.

yeah it's just too unnatural looking if the brightness of the lower half of the shot maybe was lower or vice versa it would be a bit better i think. Also the blues are just too overdone compared to the rest of the shot, I can also see where you brushed around the trees.

Yeah I always just underexposed the poo out of my car and just bring it up in post. Our sensors are beast though in shadow recovery.

you should light paint that, your subject should be the center of attention. With those bright lights there are a lot of distractions to take the attention away. Or maybe try multiple exposures.
