![]() 2011 Subaru WRX STi hatch - Virginia Beach, VA - $12,000
https://i.imgur.com/6HamfYN.jpg One-owner car, daily driven about 45 miles round trip, 5 days per week. Purchased new at Perry Subaru and maintained there entirely except for the recent volley of work (described below). Subaru Synthetic at every oil change, all the milestone maintenance conducted at the recommended intervals throughout its lifetime. Car has never been modified and has only been driven on streets in commuting/road trip situations, no track days or any kind of competitive driving. The exterior is filthy in these pictures and I'm not an "exterior preservation guy" so I basically wash it once or twice per year and keep the interior clean and comfortable. She does clean up great, just not in these pictures... 152,850 Miles - 6 Speed Manual Transmission - All Stock, recalls complete https://i.imgur.com/l1lciCI.jpg https://imgur.com/a/8tQhK1e Recent work (7/25/2019) -Shifter bushing kit was replaced with the Kartboy kit about 4k miles ago by All Aspect Motorsport, stock unit was torn. Aftermarket unit provides much sharper shift feel but additional NVH over stock. -Pads and Rotors were replaced about 4k miles ago by All Aspect, fluid flushed, brake lines replaced with stainless steel. -Tires were replaced less than 4k miles ago, I had to get on the road for a road trip and found a ball of bent nails had mangled my tire, the only place open had limited options for the stock STi wheels. I ended up with Goodyear Eagle Sport All Seasons, nothing special but they do fine. Any problems: -Front bumper has hit a couple of snow-banks and has been scraped coming in and out of the driveway, it's been hanging on like a loose tooth for 50k miles and the dealership has at this point just added some screws and nuts to keep it in place. The front-end is not pretty, but it's fully functional and has no scraping or noise when driving. -All Aspect did a compression and leak down test with NGK Iridium spark pug replacement, these are the results (PDF from them available upon request) #1 149 10% #2 141 20% #3 151 7% #4 147 7% -All Aspect noted the shift-shaft seal was weeping but that the transmission fluid level was fine. The fluid was flushed and replaced at the time but the seal was not replaced due to parts availability. All Aspect also noted that the Clutch Fluid looked worn. Contact Info: [email protected]
