Default rpm's wont drop

I have a 2009 wrx with bolt ons and big turbo with a tune. i recently swapped a r180 rear plated lsd rear diff with axles. Correct ratio and everything drives fine. When i do a pull and get above 5.5k rpms it seems like the rpms stay high and shifter feels like its stuck in gear. when datalog in 3rd going wot, at 6k i push clutch in and rpms stay high for a couple seconds. it dosent seem like the clutch is slipping, no odor and it does it in every gear. i cant go through the gears. fluid not too old and level good. is this due to the new rear diff? i cant see it causing it but i have nothing else

Issue was one of the vertical bolts that holds the pedal assembly was loose and almost backed itself all the way out. There was so much movement when clutch was pressed. Tighten and fixed.
I was drilling out the 2 firewall welds that were broken and dropped a washer under by the pedals. Just happened to find the loose bolt.
