Default [VA] 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STI, OBP, 76k miles

Torn about selling this car, but I've had it for 11 years now. Looking to downsize to one daily driven car. Miles will go up slightly until the car is sold since I drive it about three times a month. A little over 76k miles on the chassis, 33k on the Rallispec shortblock, 22k on FP 71HTA turbo, 16k on clutch and flywheel.

Asking price is $23,999 or best offer. Stock silver BBS wheels may be included depending on the final price. Current wheels are gold Rota Torque 17x9 wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact DWs.

Maintenance tracker available upon request. Passed NJ and VA emissions tests without problems. Passed VA annual inspection. No CELs. No issues. Tastefully modded, perfect balance of performance and reliability. One-owner, adult-driven, non-smoker. Super clean. Test drives can be scheduled for serious buyers with proof of funds/finance.

Will keep it if I can't find a buyer. "It's cheaper to keep her."

Purchased an AutoCheck report that shows 1-owner, no accidents, no issues.
(Lots of state registrations and renewals though since I moved a lot for my job.)

Title in hand. Ready to go! Great weekend car or daily driver.

Good luck man, hope you get full ask but sorry to see an original owner sell.

Will be a great buy for someone.

Thanks, guys.

Adam - I bought a stock rear strut from you back in 2010 when one of mine was blown. The bottom nut sheared off. Still remember how well you packed that thing and shipped quickly!

Who knows? I will keep it if no one buys it and just explain to the wife no one wants it. Maybe I'll just keep modding - TGVs, fuel rails, E85, and speed density would be good next steps. (Like staying top mount and stock location turbo.)

Hmm - Getting second thoughts again on selling the car. I know I'm going to regret it if I do sell it.

Looking at the mod list, if I am looking to eek out some more power with a retune, what would you guys recommend as next upgrade paths?

TGV deletes?
Bigger turbo? (Prefer to keep stock location for better spool and low/mid-range.)
Fuel rails and bigger pump?
E85 tune?
Alcohol injection?
