A small contribution of my dealings with Grimmspeed - First off I feel that Grimmspeed puts great thought into their products and services, which are well designed, manufactured, applied, and warranted. This is pretty obvious and most of us know 1st hand by now. Although the real gem here is their level of attention when taking care of their customers. Always fair, but more often then not they are above and beyond my expectations. Their willingness to listen to users' experiences with Grimmspeed products is extraordinary and unique in the aftermarket world. Communication with Will, Justin, and Taras have all been productive and enjoyable. I look forward to continued business with them.
**Treated myself to some of their TVG deletes instead of doing the work myself and having to clean up afterwards. Wow these are nice, I covet them "almost" as much as when I get new Tial parts. I was not aware that they stamp their GS logo between the center bolt holes and tag them for authenticity. Have they always done that? I see alot of FS post claiming Grimmspeed TGV deletes but might actually not be. Hmm.

Most of the Grimm stuff is good, I wouldn't recommend their thermostats. Mine is stuck open after less than 3000 miles of use.

Gotta talk to them man. It sucks there was an issue but I can honestly say in my making history of dealing with vendors on Subaru sites I have never come across anyone with better customer service and support. I'm not sour rying to sound like I'm trying to toot their horn but for me it's a fact. I've been in the Subaru game for 12 years now.

Top notch customer service from Mike and the guys at Grimmspeed. Super durable product (cross-pipe). Warrantied it for coating flaking off after roughly 6k miles.

Quick shipping on the downpipe adapter I ordered. It seated perfectly between my Invidia DP and SPT cat back fixing the exhaust leak I had. Great product! And thanks for adding the military discount post order.

While under my car I also took a look at the ported manifolds, crosspipe and UP I ordered from you guys about 2 years ago. Still in great shape. And I can't praise your thick gaskets enough.

I was VERY impressed with Grimmspeed when I had my Evo X. The directions were slightly off and I caught the mistake after I had hooked up their 3 port wrong. Obviously they fixed their instructions, but also sent me a new unit in case of any issue without being asked to send the old one back. I sent it back anyway because it was just the right thing to do, but the way everything was handled was very impressive and professional. Email returns were prompt and making sure I was happy was their TOP priority. There may be cheaper 3 ports out there, but I will certainly go with them again with this car when the time and money comes my way to go that route.

I have to say that grimmspeed is top notch when it comes to customer service and quality products. I had an issue come up I called and spoke to mike and he explained why the issue came up and that it will be fixed immediately. 20 minutes after getting off the phone with Mike I get an email with an invoice and then hours later a tracking number. I have come across vendors who have great customer service then start to get lazy and start messing up the reputation that once made them popular.. grimmspeed seems to be able to get the formula right for providing true customer service.

I received a ceramic coated up pipe the other day and found that one of the pipes within the flex joint was very badly misaligned. I was bummed out! But, I called Grimmspeed and after emailing a few pictures there was a replacement on its way! Same Day! It will be here tomorrow and I am sure the problem will be solved. Excellent customer service!

On a side note, I just did a T belt in my car a few days ago and installed a Grimmspeed lightweight crank pulley at the same time. The motor definitely revs a little more freely now. This makes rev matching a bit easier and so it is a welcome addition. It didn't make as much of a difference as a lightweight flywheel, but then again I didn't throw any CEL codes. That's a good trade off in my eyes. The part looked great out of the box and bolted up with no issues. I have had zero CEL issues after a few hundred miles of driving. I would recommend this part to anyone who is looking for a bit quicker engine response but doesn't want to risk doing a lightweight flywheel.

Overall I would Grimmspeed has pretty much everything that a customer is looking for. If Grimmspeed offers a part that I need, I will be purchasing it through them.

So I stopped by grimmspeed late tuesday evening, I was having some trouble with a Grimmspeed Hybrid boost setup, my poor bugeye just wouldn't hit target boost. I had stopped by there to pick stuff up before, but never had a chance to really talk to any of the guys there. First of all I want to say I was very impressed with the people there, just a bunch of guys who dig subaru's. I have worked in the automotive field as a tech for almost 16 years now, and you get to have an appreciation for vendors that go above and beyond expectations, and they do so in very good manor. I would recommend them to anyone looking for leading edge performance parts, and I will proudly fly a Grimmspeed sticker on my car just for this reason. Again thanx to everyone there, and can't wait till I can purchase that air oil separator....

Crossover pipe developed a leak. Contacted them and they were really quick to respond. New one in the mail. I'm sorry but there is no one with better customer service. If only everyone had an idea how to treat customers even half as good as grimmspeed does the world would be a better place. This is why I recommend them to anyone looking to buy any products they carry.
