You can order DeatshWerk injestors from alot of venders on Nasioc. I am running the 740cc sidefeed but I think yours will be top feed.

So based on what I know you will get some nice 'safe' gains for a daily driver. With a slightly bigger turbo vf-39,vf-34, etc I can make you hang with the stock STIs no problem.Don't go nuts on injectors. 880cc is far to large and may cause idle issues. 650cc would be ok for what your asking and provide room for growth.Price your parts with me when your ready, I sell at cost and have been getting good breaks from the larger vendors..

Oh since you sell at cost, I need a large MAF and meth injection in about 2 months! :-) Then an install and retune.

Witch Hunter is I think $100 shipped for a set of 750-800cc matched injectors when you send in the stockers.
Oh interesting thing, I guess a Subaru will run without a crankshaft position sensor. Been working on my car and found that the wiring that goes into the clip was broken. |

Just became an authorized dealer for Snowperformance.net kits. I have been using them for years...I can do a stage 2 with safe injection installed for really cheap now!! Well under a grand all said and done including tune.
These are set it and forget it systems. Just keep specific brands of washer fluid in the stock tank. Talk to me when your ready. No car that has a turbo and is forced to use our gas up here should be without one of these systems. All you have to do is fill the washer tank up when its low, thats the maint required to have near 100 octane all the time. |

Go look at the kits for your application... http://www.snowperformance.net
Decide stage 2 or 3 then get back to me. I promise after you install one of these you will wonder how you lived without it. They can also be used to increase MPG on cruise. |

OK I will give you a call soon and discuss it with you. Makes it 1000 times easier now that you can deal parts as well as tune lol.

Yeah i went and looked at the stage 2 kit with the safeinjection and was leaning towards that. Do i really need the extra stuff that comes with ther stage 3?

No and its double for that controller almost, BUT it is kind of cool and mounts inside. It has more inputs and allows for finer adjustment. If your going for MPG increase as well you would need that stage 3. The stage 2 for MAF/Boost works just fine and is varible. You can still add a gauge to the stage 2 no problem if you wanted to.

lol I didn't buy the car for good MPG's. I am leaning towards stage 2 with safeinjection kit.

P3 thanks for taking the time. I'm really new to this whole mod thing, and I caught the bug bad.. Any cure?
I have a 2009 WRX Current mods are Perrin's CAI, DP, and Stealth exhaust. I do have an AP as well and was running Perrin's ots untill recently. Just got a protune and and the car is running sounding great.. 290whp was what I was told.. Mustang dyno.. but injectors at 99%.. In search of more power I was told that I need injectors/pump/bigger innercooler. I was told to get DW 750cc side mount injectors and a Walbro pump.. TMIC either a Perrin or PW. Now my questions are, isn't the WRX top mount injectors? I'm trying to trust my tuner (maybe he made a mistake) but from what I read on this forum was that WRX's are top mount.. side mounts are $100 more from what I can tell. I have a question regarding the Walbro fuel pump as well. I heard that they are a very tight fit and can (if not installed right) crush the fuel filter. Any truth to this? That the AVO pump fits much better? Just looking for 320 to 330 whp and I'm DONE..... Thanks very much for your input. this is off a Sticky.. What type of injectors do I need? Aside from matching the injector flow for your turbo/tuning needs, you need to get the correct type for your vehicle: WRX uses high impedance top feed injectors 04-06 STI uses high impedance side feed injectors (also called bottom feed) 07+ STI uses high impedance top feed injectors |

P3 Ultimate Engine Build
We are going to stock one or two built engine setups at the shop this year but I wanted to get an idea of what people think are good setups. We could do pre-made short block / long block setups from other vendors or we could brew our own.
What do you guys think we should do for the the first WRX/STI motors? I realize in the title I said "ultimate" engine build, lol....BUT..Keep in mind I realize we all have our idea of the most insane setup but I want to keep these blocks in stock as realistic builds. Not to say we won't do insane setups but those would be special order cases not stock items. P3 Import Autowerks, Modifications, Custom Tuning 2001 N. Do you feel the oversized bore is required? Assuming a fresh new block what about just forged 99.5 pistons? What pistons do you like personally brand wise?

Fresh block then 99.5 is fine IMHO and will keep cost down too.
I've used Wiseco & Mahle with great results before in boosted engines, but not in a Subaru application. |

Alright so that would be a good basic built short block. Let me see what I can put one of these together for.

for any real power your gonna want pistons with 2618 alloy, i say CP or JE, for the dd with some grunt 4340 alloys are better and weisco's and mahle. thats the hard thing about stocking built blocks.
