Valley Subaru,Towson Maryland
To Start off very poor service.They damaged my car ordered the parts called me in to have them put on then after sitting around for 4 hours they said they couldn't find them then reordered them 2 months ago and wont return my call with an answers on when they will fix it or when the parts are coming in.This has been going on since 5/01.I tried talking to the service MGR,General MGR ,Parts and service and even the body shop with no answers or return calls ....The damage which they did not dispute would have cost several hundred dollars to fix if I did not see it before I left the shop after having both side windows replaced because of scratches.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.This is your final warning
