2004 WR Blue WRX with Cobb Stage 2

I have a 2004 rex with about 25,500 miles on it. It has the Cobb Stage 2 ECU upgrade and the Cobb full turbo back exhaust putting it at 280hp and 280 torque. I've also got the Cobb short throw shifter setup. Everything was installed by Subaru of Dallas. I'm thinking of selling and need to figure what its worth to a fellow enthusiast. I'm thinking between $18,000 and $19,000, what does everyone think?

Sorry no pics. The car is bone stock in appearance, aside from the Cobb exhaust which is pretty low profile.
