Default new to swap

hey guys quick question. cyl 4 is loosing compression so time for a new sb. my question is I have a 2013 sti long block ecu,harness and everything coming off totaled car. should I use the D25 heads off my my06 wrx with single AVCS. or the heads off the ej257? which have the dual AVCS. I need to do this engine swap over a weekend since I can't afford to take time off of work.

If you need to do it over one weekend it will be tight either way
1) complete engine swap = wiring harness swap
2) head swap = headgasket and timing belt job

Borrow a mates car / bike and do the full engine and loom job
