LOL! Basically. I would love one as a dedicated competitor. I'm waiting to see what Subaru does with the new model. It's going to be exciting! I don't really care for power bumps, so long as it's 200+lbs lighter with a bump in innovative technology. It needs to be more elite like it used to be.

Once she's cleaned up again I will. Planning to cruise this Sunday with a few friends, so I'll take pictures then.

No one makes a different front bar yet for our cars. The front is 22mm, as is the one on the sti. So the stock sized 19mm sti rear bar works fine

Here's a shot of the '05 WRX wheels on my '12 Impreza. It's been a welcome change from the steelies I had on before!

Nice, those would make a great set of winter snow tires!

Right now I've got all-seasons on my 15" Steelies still and Snow-ish tires on the '05 WRX wheels. I don't have the money to sink into Summer/Winter tires right now, but when I do, the Steelies will be for winter and the rims will be for summer. It's kinda flip-flopped for now!

For those people who have tinted their taillights, did you use film or paint (VHT Niteshades)?

I'm looking at these film overlays on eBay, this is the guy that sells the yellow fog overlays that quite a few forums members are using.

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/12-13-Impreza...item25745829fb

Only thing is, he has the overlay reversed of how I would like them, what do you guys think?

I used VHT spray but i sprayed everything except backup lights. If youre confident you can apply the film yourself i would go that route for $10. The spray alone is $12, plus i had to buy sandpaper and clearcoat. And I bet the film looks nicer in the end as well.

Go with the film and let us know how it turns out.

But the film only covers the (white area) reverse lights and turn signals, which is the opposite of what you did and what I want.

Wow, lots of gorgeous pics!

I just brought home my first Subaru on Tuesday night: a 2012 Ice Silver Metallic Impreza, manual transmission. I'm loving how it drives and sticks to the road. After reading through this thread, I'm thinking about adding fog lights. Sorry for the not-so-hot cell phone pic, I tried to snap a quick shot yesterday morning at work.

Looks great, man! I love ISM on the new body style. Might be a tad biased, though!

Wanted the sport limited hatch but most of them where either already gone or way out of price range so I couldn't refuse the deal on this. This is also my first "brand new" car as well and I absolutely love it.

Thanks man quick Q?

I'm still debating on tints(MD Cops pull you over for sneezing around here) and have yet to see any 12's with the headlights done.

So Yay or Nay? I'm probably getting windows and the fog lights done and was pretty 50/50 on the head and tail lights tbh..

Zauri, that's how I ended up with the silver. I had wanted the 5 door in red or dark cherry, but only the base was my in price range and they couldn't find any in those colors with a manual transmission. I was given a great offer on an Ice Silver Metallic premium w/ weather package and there was no way I could pass that up. The color is really growing on me and I'm finding excuses to run errands just so that I can go for a drive.

Congrats on your gorgeous ride and a great deal!

Oh okay that's cool, does he frequent these parts of the forum much?

I'm not fond of the wet sanding part prior to spraying the paint on.
