What year is your WRX? I have an accessport but i don't know if it works for all years. Are you running stage two? A couple times my check engine light would come and and I would just have to reflash to stage two map and it went away.

Im not too sure how to see if you have got a tune but maybe later today I can take a look at it. Sometime after 7:30. What mods do you have on it? and is the check engine light still on after you turn off the car?

Im no expert but Ive had my share of check engine lights haha

As long as it is the same dongle connection the AP will read the code from other cars.

He needs to reset the ECU to see if the code will go away. I get a little code sometimes if I get a drop of water on the air filter. I use the AP to reset the ecu, there is a feature in there that wipes the codes.

He can disconnect the ground battery cable. Leave it disconnected for several minutes. This will clear the code. When you start the car back up it should be gone, it may or may not come back depending on if the issue is still there.

I may be there Friday, if not I do not live far from there.

So we pulled code for P0422 wastegate solonoid, looked into it turns our there was a manuel boost controler hanging under the wastegate redid it and now its mounted in the car, but the new question is is there a way to reset a boost gauge, non digital if that helps, mine is sitting 2psi off
