are you tightening it with a razor blade? if so, that's your problem.

Have you tried some t-clamps? I've had mine pop off twice before, but since I'm running t-clamps I've not had an issues.

T-bolts are too wide to work properly with the lip on the throttle body.

Wouldn't it make sense to just get an aftermarket tb hose?

this question gets asked too much.

anything that can look flush, or basically ANYTHING beyond stock will need a roll. there is no way around it, dont try to run a smaller tire because you dont want to roll fenders. if you must ask if it needs to be rolled, most likely, IT NEEDS TO BE ROLLED.

also in the pictures you can see that there is no lip.

rosedale, hairspray, it will dry up and be tacky. also, just stop boosting the car

Take the rubber end caps off and use the stock hose. Mine held 32psi.

You should just take your original hose and take off the rubber end pieces. Buying a new hose with new rubber end pieces will not help at all. It just puts the exact same issue back onto the car. This should have been very obvious the first time you searched for this issue.

lucky, first time it happened to me, they said it was "normal turbo boost operation" and sent me on my way. never went back there again. just took off the gaskets and fixed it myself. unfortunately a year later just this morning its leaking again. (pretty sure due to it being a PITA to install right)

to stay on topic haha

FYI - A boost leak (like when the throttle body hose pops off) is very likely to cause engine damage. Especially if it has happened multiple times.
