Default Weird ABS issue

Sometimes whenever I am driving the ABS light will pop on for a second and it will make my head lights flicker... Has anybody ever had that problem? I don't even know where to start diagnosing this issue.

make sure the battery terminals are clean and the cables arent bad

if the cables are 'stiff' and dont bend easily...they are garbage

My ABS would randomly pulse as I would apply the brakes, then the ABS light would come on and stay on until the ignition was cycled. Shortly after that the pump quit working. Replaced it from one on ebay and now it works great.. good luck.

Moved from powertrain, this does not relate to the motor of the vehicle.
