2 Quick Questions Regarding Cobb AP v2
I recently started utilizing my Cobb AP v2's 'Economy Mode' just to see if it makes a difference in gas mileage, which to my surprise it does a tad. However a few days ago my friend wanted to test drive my car in a parking lot (he has a LGT Spec B) so he floors it in first to red line, and comments how slow it seems to be compared to his car (we're both stage 2). I had forgotten that my car was on economy mode. Is this bad for my car? Could I have done any damage? Worst case scenario? I know it says not to drive aggressively and I don't, but this was a slip-up. My second question regards changing maps while driving. I switch from econ. mode to Stage 2 while driving, is this bad for my car in any way? I tried searching cobbs website and found no answer, so advice would be great.
C/N: Friend drove to red line in first gear on Cobb AP's Economy mode, what kind of damage can result? Also: Changing Maps from stage 2 to econ mode back and forth while driving, is this harmful in any way? thanks

i've heard it can be harmful on your engine to do both for the switching though as long as your not doing it while the car is in motion i think you should be alright but don't quote me

youre fine but don't let your friend drive no matter how close you are or how great a driver they are- just dont do it- and because the econ map is virtually a stock map with boost restraints etc its not the best to take wot all the time but u should be fine- frankly i dont like wot in ANY cobb ots map- and as for switching ive reset the ecu while driving and turned the car off and back on a few times to enable cruise when ive gotten cel and its fine so but im not sure bout that
