Default questions about getting more power out of a ej22t.

1. How much boost can be run in a stock 2.2t?
2. What mods could I do tou get it above or @ 200chp without breaking the bank?
3. Will BOV's and boost controls for a WRX fit on the intercooler that comes stock?
4. What are the best and most effective mods for this engine?

Dude, search. This has been covered both here and in the Forced Induction forums MANY times.

But, since i'm nice...

1. people have ran ~30 PSI on a stock EJ22t block with SOHC RS heads.
2. Not much.
3. You're going to want to upgrade the intercooler, anyway. The factory Legacy-t intercooler sucks, and a WRX / STi top mount can be had for close to nothing.
4. Do it right the first time. When you're building the engine, build it right. Don't have the need to upgrade later if you do it right the first time. Search for posts by Wedge. He has a monster of an RS running an EJ22t block, SOHC heads, GT30R with supporting mods.
5. Just search, man.

The ej22t never came with an I/C. Search.

Damn! I wasn't sure if it sucked or was simply non-existant, but I knew people used different intercoolers, regardless.

There's a lot of good info here:
http://bbs.legacycentral.org

Do a search on that forum

You could get your hands on an ej22t and tune it to make more than 200chp for well less than the price of old used Impreza RS
