Default added OEM heated seats with switches... how do i make them work? where do i add fuse?

so i traded my cloth unheated seats with another owner for his limited leather heated seats set. when we did the swap i was able to get the switches that go on the console and the plugs that attach to the bottom of the seat.

from what research i have done it looks like there is a blue and red wire unders the passenger footwell i need to tap into, and to power that wire i need to add the factory seat heater relay (i just purchased one online)

now my main question is where do i need to add a fuse? i looked on the inner and outer fuse boxes and neither one had anything that says seat heater or something close to it...

here is the wiring diagram

for the rest of the install it looks like the plug for the bottom of the seat has 3 wires that go to the switch
ground
match 2 wires to their twin on the switch

and each switch on the console has 4 wires
ground
2 matching wires that go to the heater plug
a blue/red to go to the footwell wire

anything i missed?
