We've had that type of meet at my house before and it was a huge success. Except instead of barbeque it was just pub mix.

Haha good times! Maybe we can do a meet that involves doing a head gasket repair?

Is it leaking coolant? Cause I've heard of re torquing the heads and that working...

I'm pretty sure the head bolts are torque-to-yield so I don't think that will work very well.

Ya I'm 100% sure it's head gaskets after the other day. I'll prolly throw a couple performance mods in while we're doing it..

You should still bring it by my work if possible. The last thing I want is you to replace head gaskets and not fix the problem. What were the symptoms again? I remember the whole low coolant thing but were you leaking or did you have coolant in the oil or what?

Well it started as excessive pressure in the system, and the truck not getting up to operating temp. Then the other day the low coolant light came on, truck temp went up extremely fast. Pulled over didn't see anywhere it leaked out.. And the coolant reservoir was completely dry.
Haven't checked the oil. Haven't noticed any white smoke.. Oil on the dipstick smells like oil. I guess next step is to put coolant in the truck try to get it to cascade and have your guy check it out. Do you know how much this diagnosis is gonna run me?

Well he was just gonna look at it for you and then if it was something pretty easy to diagnose he wasn't gonna charge you. If it took a little more time then I'm not sure what he was gonna do. I don't have his number so I will talk to him more on Monday.

Chris check your oil and see if it's got coolant in it. It'll be kinda milky and frothy. All that coolant has got to go somewhere.

Hahahaha ya youre right. I still find it sad that a 3/4 ton truck with a heavy ass canopy can beat your car from a roll. Embarrassing bro.
