I think both cats will work, and I believe (someone correct me if I am wrong) that any 05 or older cat will work, not just 05 specifics.

Or else look around for a used High Flow cat.

What you need:
1 cat (anything)
1 muffler (anything)
1 exhaust/muffler shop (any)

Any shop will fabricate anything you need. Just ask about crush versus mandrel bends as well as a estimate for the job. Feel free to shop around a little bit.

imprezaowner27: what you are going to need is either a high flow cat pipe and or a used 04/05 2.5rs catpipe. Good luck finding one, I have been looking for over a week plus and no luck in WTB and or WTS.

I have also been searching high and low for a used high flow cat from either random tech and or stromung, no luck either.

You will also need full list
02 extension, 02 spacer for 2nd 02, gaskets for headers, donut gasket for catpipe if used, gaskets for connection between catpipe and midpipe and gasket from midepipe to axleback.

02 extensions can be gotten at caspers and 02 spacer at rallitek if you don't want to make one yourself.

Note: Since you are doing the setup I will be doing, you will most likely need the centerpipe slightly modified as I think we need to rotate the flange from the centerpipe to catpipe. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
