vf39 + goodies...

Default will 03 STI intercooler fit on my 04 WRX?

i know a guy selling his intercooler on his '03 STI for a good price, ya think it will fit/work well on my '04 WRX??
if i get his factory hoses, will they work too?

It should. 02,03 and 04s are pretty much interchangable.

not much difference in '03 engine and '04 engine.... I think they might have left the top where the radiator cap sits unpainted...

STi 03, or better known as 04, IC will NOT fit without the proper brackets. At least on an 03 WRX. I'm assuming it tru for an 04. Due to the larger size of the IC. Oddly enough the JDM 04 STi IC bolt right up. Go figures.

Yes it will fit. 04 WRXs got brackets that have holes for both intercoolers.

I know what you said. It will fit on an 04. It's the same intercooler.
