Default Tri-State Area Personal Classifieds

With all the FS, WTT, WTB threads in this forum it looks like we are in need of a personal classifieds section -- just like the Vendor one.

Any mod with the power to do this agree with me?

Okay, never mind then.

Seriously, when we start to approach 50% of the active threads are about Personal Classifieds, there is obviously the desire.

What would be so wrong with giving people what they want? Did someone have to donate their Kidney to get the Vendor Classifieds? If that’s the case, I'll offer up mine. …don't want the stupid thing anyway.

Well it's seriously in the works right now, in the mod forum it's being actively discussed with Nick, so trust us that we are actually pushing for this. When we asked for it originally, we ended up with the vendor forum that neither the mods nor the vendors wanted.

Yes don't worry, it's a much discussed matter. I am getting tired (and I'm sure the other guys are as well) of having to edit the titles of people who don't even know how to properly set up a FS/FT/WTB thread.

I'm just wondering how hard it is to add another subforum... just like tri-state vendor classifieds.

But do you have 90k+ member to worry about, and the same amount of forums to worry about?

It's not like Nick is holed up in a room somewhere coveting the NASIOC servers. He has a personal life that he has to deal with as well. It's not just as simple as throwing up the sub-forum here. He has the other regions to worry about as well.

He didn't ask if it was the smart thing to do or if Nick had the time to do it. He simple asked how hard it would be.

As for 90k members. There is a MAJOR difference between a member list and active members. I've run many message boards for games and other cars so I know a little about how things work. It's a simple chance, he just needs to make up his mind if he wants to make it. Don't make it seem like it's a life change choice.

And I am explaining to you that there are more factors than just throwing up the subforum that would normally take two minutes to do.

AFIC This topic is deaded. We all want the Private Classified section, T3h Nick is working on it.

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I AM DJBUNNSAY! HEAR ME ROOOXOOOR!
