Question RPM spike

I've had my '04 Subie for 4 months and 4500 miles. I have a borla hush sysytem w/ high flow cat in last cat position, tbxs manual boost controller (set at 14 psi w/ boost gauge), forge blow off valve, and helix uppipe. The problem is that my RPM's keep on spiking 200-350 RPM b/t the 2-3 and 3-4 upshift. I know the engine runs rich with a 100% atm bov. Is this the reason or what? Thanx

It's normal, get used to it. There are 50,000 reasons why it does it, but the most commonly known one is the engine revs after shift to burn off extra fuel for lower emissions caused by the upshift.

Any problem with Open/closed loop sensor?

Supposedly running a TBE and MBC will cause problems with 04, though it is fixable with reflash...
